Being in the interactive creative community for nearly 20 years, I have worked in a wide variety of environments and among a diverse cross-section of creative teams. For the last ten years, I have been leading creative/dev teams on both client-side and agency-side projects. During that time I have developed the top five attributes that separate good developers, from all-stars. My presentation will discuss the philosophy behind these attributes and provide practical examples of how to embody and accentuate each to elevate oneself – from “good” to “invaluable.”
