For the last ten years, I have been leading creative\/dev teams on both client-side and agency-side projects. During that time I have developed the top five attributes that separate good developers, from all-stars. My presentation will discuss the philosophy behind these attributes and provide practical examples of how to embody and accentuate each to elevate oneself &#8211; from &#8220;good&#8221; to &#8220;invaluable.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I reference these attributes as part of my candidate evaluation process and the professional development plans used for my dev teams.
